This weekend I was pleasantly surprised by a package from Asos! The US shipping is really fast. I ordered this lovely lipstick printed dress by Motel Rocks a couple days ago and wah la it arrived 2 days later! I’m ecstatic over this dress. I can’t get enough of the liptick print!!! This dress is only available on Asos.com but MotelRocks.com (They are having a Memorial Day Sale!) has other pieces with the lipstick print! The white ground color makes my skin look really tan and sunkissed! The high neck line is really sexy and  modern! I paired the dress with lipstick earrings I received as a Christmas gift from my Dad! It’s like they were meant to be! What a perfect match!?! I’m wearing a matte lipstick color by MAC called “Ruby Woo” and sandals by Cynthia Rowley!

I plan on painting the town red in this dress!

This weekend I stopped by an awesome store named Shown To Scale, in Williamsburg, Brooklyn and did a little shopping! It’s a great store with hidden gems. I had so much fun shopping and the staff was very helpful! The prices are very reasonable and they carry some of my favorite brands like Evil Twin, Unif and Blaque Label.

Lucky for me the day I stopped by they were having a sale and you know that is right up my alley! I’m a gal who loves sales and bahgains! Shown To Scale is not only the name of the store but it is also the name of their new fresh fashion line!  I’ve spotted a few of their pieces selling at online stores like Nasty Gal, Threadsence and Wasteland! Shown To Scale has funky yet comfortable pieces that will sure to make you stand out! I was lucky enough to find this jumpsuit (pictured above) in the sale section with a cut-out waist, button detailing and POCKETS (pockets=SOLD)! I love this jumpsuit so much not only because it fits perfectly but I can easily detach the top and wear the pants with something else. I LOVE versatility!  I have a couple more items I purchased that day so stay tuned for more outfit posts from Shown To Scale!

The next Shown To Scale I must have is the  limited edition tye dye Bundy cut-out dress (pictured below)! So cute for Summer!

About the shoes… A while back when I went to the Lulu’s Style Studio, each guest received a gift certificate for a free pair of shoes from Michael Antonio! I knew I had to order one of the infamous yellow shoes by Michael Antonio called the Gallista! Unfortunately, it was sold out back then but good things come to those who wait! I waited for over a month until the website restocked the yellow Gallista and the lovely people over at Michael Antonio shipped the shoes right to meeee! Whoo hoooo! I was very excited to receive them and they fit perfectly. The details of these bad boys are amazing. The Gallista shoes are funky velvet heels with an abstract cut-out design and it has a flirty tassel that hangs on the heel.

Betsey does it again!!! My new dress. Outfit post coming soon!

In this outfit post I decided to snap photos with a different backdrop other than my usual “outdoor sundeck” backdrop haha! I thought it’ll be fun to snap pics in a different space in my building. What a better spot to take pics other than the laundry room!?! I’m wearing a cute white draped mesh dress from Nasty Gal during their secret sale for only $13.00!!! AH-MAZING price…a dollah make me hollah honey boo boo child! Unfortunately the secret sale has ended and the dress is now $33.00. There are still plenty other fab dresses for under $30 in their sale section!

I’m also wearing a minnie mouse headband from the Disney store, eyeglasses are from Urban Outfitters, studded bracelet from Buffalo Exchange, and shoes by Jeffrey Campbell. The sustainable collection consists of a Conscious Collection and an Exclusive Conscious Collection. The Exclusive Collection has red carpet ready pieces crafted from sustainable materials. Some of the pieces have already been worn by celebrities on the red carpet prior to the release! I had my eyes on this neon green dress (pictured above) from the Exclusive collection and the blush pink eyelet dress (I will do a post about the blush pink dress later this week) from the H&M Conscious Collection.
